“Cotteridge sets the standard”
I visited the new Huckleberrys in Cotteridge and it’s a proper step up. The design is sleek, the space feels open and vibrant, and the atmosphere was buzzing. You can tell it’s part of the new generation of Huckleberrys restaurants everything feels fresh and well thought out.
I ordered the Sweet Alabama Wrap and Fried Wings, and both were packed with flavour. The wrap had that perfect balance of crunch and sweetness, and the wings were crispy with a nice kick. Staff were friendly and clearly proud of the place. If this is the future of Huckleberrys, I’m all for it.
“Flavour-packed feast in a buzzing setting”
I was in Birmingham for the weekend with a few mates and we dropped into Huckleberrys in
Cotteridge. We ordered a proper spread including Oh My Garlic, Cheese, and BBQ Cheese
Burgers, the Sweet Alabama Wrap, Fried Wings, and Flame Grilled Chicken and Rice. Every
dish was bold, satisfying, and full of character. The burgers were juicy and stacked just right,
the wrap had that perfect sweet and spicy kick, and the wings were crispy with real depth of
flavour.
The restaurant layout was brilliant. It was bright, welcoming, and full of energy. The place
was buzzing with life and the team behind the counter were clearly enjoying themselves. We
had a laugh, ate like kings, and left full and happy. I only wish we had one back home.
I was in London for a few days and stopped by the Huckleberrys in Broxbourne. As someone local to the Cotteridge branch in Birmingham, I’ve seen what the new-generation design looks like and it’s brilliant. Broxbourne had the same top-tier food I’ve come to expect, especially the BBQ Cheese Burger and Fried Wings, which were spot on.
The team mentioned that Broxbourne will be upgraded to match the new design soon, and I can’t wait to see it. If it’s anything like Cotteridge, it’ll be a proper step up. Great food, friendly staff, and exciting things ahead for the brand.
“Flame Grilled Chicken and Rice, fresh, filling, and full of flavour”
I ordered the Flame Grilled Chicken and Rice with garlic dressing and spring onions, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled, the rice had just the right kick, and the garlic dressing brought everything together beautifully. Portion size was generous and the presentation was spot on. It’s rare to find fast food that feels this fresh. Hats off to the team at Huckleberrys.

I’ve had my fair share of wraps across London, but the Sweet Alabama Wrap at Huckleberrys really stands out. The crispy chicken strips, cheese sauce, onion rings, and sweet chilli all come together in the most satisfying way. It’s rich without being too heavy, and every bite had that perfect mix of crunch and flavour. The team were welcoming, the service was quick, and the place had a great buzz. A proper treat after a long day.
